Inspection
Inspection is highly recommended.  Although information has been obtained from sources deemed reliable, the auctioneer makes no warranty or guarantees as to the accuracy of the information herein contained. It is for this reason that buyers should avail themselves to make inspection prior to sale. There will be no refunds issued to buyers unsatisfied with their purchase.  We recommend that buyers inspect all items to make sure they are aware of what they are bidding on.  Relying on the auctioneers description and photos instead of inspecting the items for yourself is not a cause for a refund. 

Removal
Removal dates and times are posted on each auction, you should review this information prior to bidding.  All removal is by appointment only and can be scheduled by calling us at 734-459-2323.  Auctioneer does not provide loading assistance, please bring appropriate help.  If you require a rigger to move your items you should contact them ahead of time to make sure they will be able to make the removal time frame.  Auction sites can be a hazardous area, refrain from bringing young children.

When you sign up for a bidder number for RJM Auctions, MaxBid.com or Williams & Lipton Company this number is also usable for future auctions with all 3 companies.
