1967 AUSTIN HEALEY 3000Z MKII BJ8, V/N HBJ8L/41982, 41,291 MILES

This mostly original 1967 Austin-Healey 3000 BJ8 Mk III is finished in Canyon Red with its original black convertible and red interior. The exterior paint was professionally refinished under previous ownership prior to being acquired by its second owner.

Power comes from a 2.9-liter inline-six paired with a four-speed manual transmission and overdrive. The car is equipped with 15″ knock-off wire wheels, front disc brakes, a black top boot, and the original cockpit cover with bow. Additional factory components include the original wood veneer interior trim, a wood-rimmed steering wheel, and a full set of factory tools including the original jack, handle, and wheel removal tools.

The brake system has been restored with a new brake booster, calipers, and brake lines. The cooling system has also been rebuilt, retaining the original water pump and reconditioned radiator, along with new hoses, clamps, and a thermostat. The fuel system has been refurbished from the tank through to the dual SU carburetors.

This BJ8 is being offered with all removed and spare parts, a car cover, factory literature, a service manual, memorabilia, and a clean State of Michigan title in the seller’s name.
